Oyama/Simpson Wedding 09.04.16

We had fantastic vendor and everything went of perfect. Enjoy the fantastic pictures taken by Rachel & Noah Ray!!! they are amazing photographers. Amy :)

The Brides Bouquet consisted of 2 dozen vendella roses and gardenia hand-tied with ivory satin ribbon. This simply elegant bouquet fit the bride to a tee!!

Bridesmaids bouquets consited of 1 dozen vendella roses surrounded by variegated pittsoporum and seeded eucalyptus hand-tied with ivory satin ribbon.

The Ceremony...

I love my wine barrels and was so glad to show them off as the centerpiece for the ceremony. Emily's vision was simple, elegant, with a twist of vintage/rustic. I think we nailed it.

Details and the Reception...

Oh the king's tables...when we were planning and I heard we had large farm tables I got so excited for the design that I was thinking in my head. We created two sets of these tables-3 8ft wooden farm tables with the focal point being the wooden boxes filled with beautiful roses in an ombre color scheme. This pop of color was simply stunning. The glass, mercury, and milk glass helped to bring in that touch of rustic/vintage that Emily wanted to incorporate. I must say these were truly breathtaking and received so many complement from the guest.

The Guest tables consited of 1/2 the design of Green & White Hydrangeas in a wooden box and the other 1/2 we repurposed the beautiful bridesmaids bouquets.

This cake leaves me speechless, which does not happen ever really...lol. This turned out so much better then I had even imagined. The cake flowers I created really enhanced the already beautiful Savage's Bakery cake. The use of the ombre design in the middle and nothing on top was so clean but so beautiful.

Dancing' the night away...

And a fun time was had by all!!!

This wedding was pure BEAUTY!!!! Perfect Setting, Beautiful Couple, and Gorgeous Flowers! When you are a designer you LOVE this kind of wedding! Lauren was an out of state bride and we did all the planning over the phone and via emails. Sometimes that can be a challenge but when the bride trust you with the design it is so perfect!!!!!!

Let me start with THIS BOUQUET WAS GORGEOUS!!!!! If I do say so myself. Lauren's Bridal Bouquet consist of White Hydrangeas, Purple Dahlias, Fresh Lavender, Purple Stock, Light Purple Roses and Dark Purple Roses with a collar of seeded eucalyptus and curly willow. Hand-tied with a cascading element.

The setting was Vulcan and the Birmingham skyline never disappoints.

The Bridesmaids Bouquets consisted of white hydrangeas, light purple roses, dark purple roses, dark purple stock, with a collar of verigated pittsoporum hand-tied with purple satin ribbon.

The Ceremony flowers were amazing as well!!! Matt the groom built the wooden arbor and it was perfect.

Corner High School Prom- April 2016

Corner High School Prom was held at the McWayne Science Center in Birmingham on April 9th, 2016. We did the centerpieces- 15 to be exact!! This year we did colorful tall arrangements. The kids wanted something to glow in the vase. Pictures don't do it justice because the lights were all on. But it did make sense once the lights went down and the Prom began. Flowers included Bells of Ireland, White Hydrangeas, Orange Roses, Hot Pink Gerbera Daisies, and Purple Matsumoto and a variety of greenery.

Enjoy the photos :) Amy
