Terms and Conditions



Flowers by Amy: Weddings and Design reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met.

In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.

Terms: Payments must be in cash, check or money order. A deposit of ½ the price is required for confirmation of Wedding Date. Deposit is non-refundable. A final consultation will be scheduled about 30 days prior to wedding date. Balance due must be paid by that time.

Consultations: The Initial Consultation is Free. To receive an itemized quote, a quote fee is due prior to receiving the quote. If you do choose to book your wedding this fee will be subtracted from your final balance. Additional consultations or site inspections are available by appointment for a $25.00 per hour fee, payable at time of service.

Additional Purchases: can be made until two weeks prior to wedding date and will be invoiced at the time of order. If additions are ordered after your final payment, they must be paid prior to delivery. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available on orders made less than two weeks prior to wedding. Color and style will match as close as possible.

Cancellations: We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment is not made in full by final consultation, this contract is canceled and all payments are forfeited. Contract cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to final consultation will receive a refund on monies paid, less non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive no refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after contract is signed. Flowers for those items will be utilized to upgrade the arrangements purchased.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Example: Wax flowers ordered as a filler flower for bouquets but weather conditions cause unavailability or poor quality. Pink heather or similar filler would be used. Red roses would not be substituted for white orchids.

Delivery Fee: All orders will be subject to a delivery fee. Rates will depend on location, number of trips, & setup time required. My minimum delivery charge is $125. Cash and Carry orders (BQ’s, Boutonnières, & Corsages Only) are delivered to you or your venue for a minimum fee of $65.

Rental Items: All rentals items are specifically rented for full service weddings only. A Rental Fee, Delivery, Set-up and Clean-up Fee will be charged.
