Carraway-Davie House Flower Work 07.23.2010 & 07.24.2010

I was contracted to help with a wedding at the Carraway-Davie House...the wedding turned out nice, worked very hard and learned lots of interesting things...lol. Enjoy the pictures...Most of the Design work was by Shane Burroughs that is the head florist there... but I helped with the corsages (4), the mother's purses (2), the flower girl pomanders (3) the bridesmaid's bq's (I did 3 or 4 out of the 9) and the arbor flowers the top part.

My wedding this weekend took place at the beautiful Gabrella Manor (www.gabrellamanor.com). Jessica was a beautiful bride, her dress was incredible, Her Bouquet consisted of Beautiful Pink Peonies and White Hydrangeas. The maids carried Green Hydrangeas, Berries, Hot & Light Pink Spray Roses. The mother's had Ivory Peonies and Light Pink Spray Roses on the awesome faux diamond wrist corsages. The boutonnieres consisted spray roses. We also did the centerpieces for the 15 guest tables, they consisted of Glass Cube vases with White Hydrangeas, Hot & Light Pink Spray Roses, with Bells of Ireland coming out of the center for height...Everything turned out so great... 30 Years of Pastoring... Bro. Denny Armstrong @ Hayden COG

This past Sunday was a very special event... my home church celebrated 30 years of service for Bro. Denny & Sis. Cindy, the house was packed and they had special speakers and video slides of the history of our church and the history of Bro. Denny's family... it was truly a special event I cried the entire time...Anyway I did the flowers for the reception area and the wrist corsage and boutonniere for them as well... Everything turned out good His daughters did such a good job keeping this a secret!!!!! Enjoy the pictures. Amy :)
